Job summary

QuestSpecialty Corporation is hiring for a Production Associate working 10:30pm–7:00am in Wayne, MI. The role involves maintaining can flow on the aerosol production line, performing can stager, water bath monitor, tipper, capper, and packer duties, and ensuring quality through inspection and labeling checks.

Responsibilities include verifying correct cans, managing line throughput, monitoring weights and leaks, and ensuring proper packing and palletizing while adhering to safety and process

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Experience on a production line is desired.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify that correct cans are pulled for the order and maintain a consistent flow to the aerosol lines.
• Inspect cans for rust, dirt, dents, or other contamination at load.
• Monitor weights and leaks after gassing and water bath.
• Insert tips into aerosol valves and verify lot Codes and labeling accuracy.
• Place caps onto cans and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Pack finished cans into boxes and pallets with proper labeling and lot codes.
