Job summary

Henkel is hiring for a factory-based production role in the United States. You will operate machines safely, set up equipment, monitor product quality, and keep daily production records. What you´ll do
  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
  • The position is in the factory and could involve stooping, twisting, reaching, bending, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Must be able to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions.
  • Good manual dexterity needed.

The hourly payrange for this role is $18.50 and $27.00 plus shift differential $1.00 and department differential .50 cents. This range reflects the good‑faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
