Job summary

Safran Aerosystems USA is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join the North American headquarters site in Wall Township, NJ. You will participate in the design, manufacture, and support of life‑saving evacuation systems such as emergency slides and life rafts.

You will work in a production environment, reading blueprints, assembling hardware, and ensuring safety and quality standards while contributing to a global aerospace leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical and technical skills with basic knowledge of safety.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise assembly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components by following blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Read and decipher parts lists, templates and procedures.
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts and subassemblies.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete quality forms.
