Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks an Aeronautical Engineer - Test & Evaluation to join our Rancho Bernardo/Palmdale team. You will lead integration and verification activities, champion test readiness and deliver data influencing design decisions.

The role requires a US Secret clearance, on-site work, and up to 25% travel, with a 4/10 schedule and a collaborative MBSE environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of related experience OR Master’s with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with System Test Management Plan development.
• Lead design efforts for hardware/software integration and testing.
• Develop architecture diagrams in MBSE environment.
• Collaborate across software and systems engineering teams.
• Translate program requirements into lab configurations for integration.
• Provide test SME leadership and coordinate testing across areas.
