• Experience in airframe structure design and analysis.
• Experience with metallic and composite design.
• CATIA V5 and/or 3DX experience.
• GD&T knowledge and application.
• Interaction with suppliers, external customers and Production Operations.
• MRB coordination and support.
• Hand stress analysis experience.
• Experience with hypersonic boost-glide systems.
• 10+ years in airframe structure design and analysis.
• 10+ years with metallic and/or composite design.
• 10+ years with CATIA V5 and/or 3DX.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation.
• Support and conduct multi-disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost.
• Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply-chain teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor early-career engineers and champion the client culture across cross-functional teams.
