Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA is seeking an Airframe Structural Design Engineer - Level 3 to advance aircraft structural solutions within the ADP program. You will deliver innovative designs, participate in trades, and coordinate with IPTs to meet performance and safety standards.
The role requires a US citizenship with an active Secret clearance and a strong background in airframe structure design using CATIA V5, GD&T, and BOM processes. A BS in engineering is expected.

You will be the Airframe Structural Design Engineer - Level 3 for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) which is responsible for advancing aircraft structural solutions.
As the Airframe Structural Design Engineer - Level 3 you will be responsible for delivering innovative structural designs that meet rigorous performance and safety standards.
Create and modify primary and secondary structural parts, assemblies, installations, and interface control models/documents.
Develop, test, and validate aircraft structural designs.
Generate system requirements, conduct trade studies, draft statements of work, and prepare test plans.
Coordinate with internal Integrated Product Teams and interact with external IPTs and suppliers.

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00
