Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Respiratory Care Provider Instructor to support the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on didactic, simulation, and hands-on curricula in aeromedical transport and in-flight critical care.

The instructor will deliver training to meet USAF CCATT guidelines, maintain equipment, and participate in reviews and ongoing education, contingent on award.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: NACI.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in acute care with two (2) years in critical care.
• Certifications: RRT (NBRC) and CRT or RRT; BLS and ALS.
• Shall complete the Basic Instructors Course (BIC).
• Preferred: CCATT aeromedical evacuation experience and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver didactic, simulation and hands-on curricula.
• Provide instruction aligned with military and civilian air transport standards.
• Develop and deliver respiratory therapy training to ensure competency.
• Engage in peer review and continuing education.
• Maintain documentation and participate in curriculum planning.
