Earthrise Energy's Lincoln Generating Facility in Manhattan, Illinois, is hiring a Combustion Turbine Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize aero-derivative gas turbine equipment. The role demands advanced knowledge of turbine systems, controls, instrumentation, and safety procedures in a multidisciplinary team environment.

The technician will perform testing and calibration, maintain documentation, participate in outages, and support plant safety and efficiency initiatives,

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct gas turbine operations and maintenance.
• Hands-on with GE Mark V and GE 7EA.
• Familiar with OEM manuals and balance-of-plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain combustion turbine equipment for efficiency and compliance.
• Test, calibrate, program, and troubleshoot electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Maintain work records and technical documentation.
• Evaluate equipment and recommend reliability improvements.
• Develop and update SOPs and preventive maintenance plans.
• Provide training to other technicians.
• Support outages and respond to call-outs.
• Contribute to plant safety programs.
