As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training, skilled at making strategic decisions to drive your business, consistently deliver operational excellence, and ensure your store always meets AEO Brand Standards. • You're a people leader: You excel at recruiting, hiring, and retaining high-performing teams. You foster team development through leadership training, performance feedback, and career growth opportunities, including succession planning.
