YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Store Team Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and training. You are a pro at making tough, strategic decisions to drive your business. You consistently deliver operational excellence, and your store always rocks AEO Brand Standards. Most importantly, you bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive results by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through a top-notch guest experience. Create, manage, and own your store's business plan to meet KPI goals.
  • Analyze reporting and sales trends to make real-time, innovative business decisions to achieve financial goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team. Develop store leadership through training, performance feedback, and career development plans.
  • Promote teamwork and recognition by establishing goals, holding team accountable, and celebrating performance.
  • Maintain AEO Brand Standards through visual merchandising, Floorsets, and merchandise management.
  • Manage workforce scheduling based on traffic, calendars, and payroll to optimize business needs and control costs.
  • Demonstrate integrity in making decisions, ensuring compliance with policies, and safeguarding assets.
