Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, while upholding AE Brand Standards and procedures.

AEO values real self-expression and teamwork daily. The role requires stockroom mastery, eye for merchandising, and a passion for AE & Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Experience with stockroom and merchandising processes.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and replenishment to keep stock moving from stockroom to salesfloor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure fixtures, props, and marketing materials are orderly.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate with store leadership to implement plans.
• Assist guests and teammates on the salesfloor when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies.

You are a part-time stock brand ambassador, an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Passion for brand standards: go-getter with effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Master the Stockroom: keep it running efficiently and productively, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative: identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Teamwork: always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity: safety standards are a priority in Stockroom and Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
