As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" for developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. You are passionate about training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who provide an unforgettable guest experience. Your leadership ensures your team meets sales goals, maintains merchandising standards, and delivers operational excellence. Job Description
YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's key support in developing business strategies and managing daily store operations. Your passion for training and coaching helps your team excel in sales and customer service, ensuring a high-quality guest experience and operational standards.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Driving sales: Maximize productivity on the Salesfloor and in Fitting Rooms, analyze reports and trends, and develop strategic plans to meet KPIs.
  2. Leading people: Motivate and inspire your team, uphold customer service standards, and hold team members accountable.
  3. Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train team members to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
  4. Fostering teamwork: Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct development plans and reviews, and celebrate successes to boost engagement.
  5. Operational innovation: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
  6. Integrity: Uphold safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to company policies, doing the right thing always.
