YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards, and delivers operational excellence! Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), maximize fitting room and sales floor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports, and develop business strategies to meet KPIs.
• People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team, uphold customer service standards, and hold team members accountable.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
• Team building: Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and celebrate successes.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, ensure guest-ready fitting rooms, and uphold brand standards.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to asset protection policies, and do the right thing always.
