YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and are passionate about achieving strong sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
• Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, model excellent service standards, and hold associates accountable.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent, ensuring the store is staffed appropriately and associates are developed to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, motivate, and celebrate outstanding performance to foster engagement.
• Visual & operational innovation: Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
