Your Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make suitable product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different store zones such as Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policies.
• Assist your team to achieve store goals, demonstrating teamwork.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
