We are hiring for the position of AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate). As a part-time Brand Ambassador, your role is to bring our brand to life daily by providing an exceptional shopping experience, embodying our company values, and building brand loyalty with every guest. You should love our products and be passionate about representing our brand with authenticity and enthusiasm.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach. Training will be provided.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that meet their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different store zones such as Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Assist team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Uphold integrity by following all policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Energetic, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during peak shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
