Trawick Construction Company, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew in installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials. The role requires manual labor, driving responsibilities, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed daily.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours duties as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
