Texstar Enterprises, LLC seeks a Laborer Telecom Aerial to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials. The role involves providing tools, moving equipment, tagging, stock/maintenance of vehicles, and working in all weather conditions across various sites. Eligibility requires 18+, U.S.

work authorization, HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and willingness to become a certified pole climber. Telecommunications experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
