Job summary

Lambert's Cable is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance while guiding less-experienced crew members on-site.

You will lead daily work orders and ensure quality, coordinating with crew to meet customer requirements and timelines. A valid DOT medical card and a CDL Class A preference are needed, with travel for storm response as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related telecom or construction experience.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures per codes and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
