Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman in Houston to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site, guiding less experienced crew members and supporting storm response.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in related work, a valid driver's license, and clearance to pass a DOT physical. CDL-A is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years related field experience.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record; DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe installation of telecom cable and support structures per codes.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage on-site traffic flow.
• Climb and work at heights using proper safety gear.
• Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws) as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice when required.
• Complete daily work orders and safety checks; document productivity.
