Job summary

Moorhouse Coating is seeking an experienced Aerial Rigger in Scottsdale for contract-as-employee work. Set up and operate swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts for coating and finishing projects on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include installing and dismantling scaffolding and aerial work platforms, operating lifts safely, rigging equipment per safety standards, and coordinating with project teams on setup and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerial rigging or scaffolding experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA rigging and fall protection standards.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Install, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding and aerial work platforms
• Operate lifts and hoists safely on job sites
• Rig and tie off equipment per safety standards
• Coordinate with project teams on equipment setup and scheduling
