You will install and operate swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts, while maintaining safety standards and coordinating with field crews. Qualifications

• 2+ years of aerial rigging, scaffolding, or lift operation experience.
• Understanding of OSHA and manufacturer rigging standards.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Set up, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding, swing stages, and aerial lifts
• Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and hoists safely
• Inspect rigging and fall protection systems daily
• Coordinate with field crews and project managers
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements
