Job summary

Moorhouse Coating is seeking a safety-focused Aerial Rigger in Scottsdale to set up, operate, and maintain swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts for commercial and residential coating projects.

Responsibilities include installing and dismantling equipment, operating lifts safely, and ensuring daily safety inspections are performed. Preferred candidates have NCCER or similar credentials and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of aerial rigging, scaffolding, or lift operating experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA fall protection and rigging standards.
• Comfortable working at significant heights.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor.
