Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Aerial Lineman, travail en hauteur requis.
• CDL valide nécessaire pour 90% des embauches.
• Expérience pratique en systèmes de fibre optique et plateformes aériennes.

Responsibilities

• Installer, entretenir et réparer les lignes aériennes en fibre optique et coaxiales.
• Opérer et inspecter les camions-bascule et l'équipement aérien quotidiennement.
• Effectuer le splicing de fibre, les terminaisons, et les installations conformes à la sécurité.
• Assurer que tous les travaux sur le terrain respectent les réglementations en vigueur.

Role Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic and coaxial lines
• Operate and inspect bucket trucks and aerial equipment daily
• Perform fiber splicing, terminations, and safety-compliant installations
• Ensure all fieldwork meets local, state, and federal codes

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of aerial lineman experience, including working at heights
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) — 90% of hires must meet this requirement
• Hands-on experience with fiber optic systems and aerial platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus lineman certification preferred
