Job summary

ISA Certified Arborist in Sumter, South Carolina, is hiring an Aerial Lift Trimmer responsible for trimming and removing trees using specialized equipment. Candidates should have two years of prior experience and a valid driver's license; CDL is preferred.

This full-time position includes health insurance for medical, vision, and dental, and a 401K option. You will also be required to travel for storm restoration work as necessary.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience as an aerial lift trimmer.
• Driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Trim, prune, and remove trees using bucket truck.
• Follow and enforce safe practices during operation.
• Assist in storm restoration work when needed.

Skills

Working knowledge of knots, ropes, and rigging devices

Ability to identify tree species

Familiarity with electrical hazards

Physical strength and agility

First-aid certification and CPR

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
