Now Hiring Immediately: Aerial Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Location: Midland, TX

Position Overview--We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aerial Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Midland, Texas.--This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and performing preventative maintenance on a wide range of aerial lift equipment.--The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on aerial equipment, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.--This role offers the opportunity to work on some of themost usedaerial lifts in the construction, industrial, and rental industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aerial lift equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance services and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and fuel systems.
• Identify equipment failures and determine root causes.
• Perform repairs, component replacements, and equipment rebuilds as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Aerial Lift Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or related mechanical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Must possess a personal tool inventory valued at $10,000 or more, not including the toolbox.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the equipment rental industry.
• OEM training or certifications are a plus.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Experience performing field service repairs is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy parts and tools.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when necessary.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
