Job summary

Zeitview is seeking a Hardware Production Program Manager to own end-to-end production planning, qualification, and lifecycle of our aerial sensors and drone payloads. You will bridge hardware design with operational execution, running New Product Introductions and sustaining engineering for the fleet.

You will lead procurement, staffing, tooling, and documentation, align with Operations on demand, and coordinate across technicians, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware programs, especially robotic/drone platforms.
• Proven ability to drive projects through influence across teams.
• Understanding of electro-mechanical assemblies and payload integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware NPIs and repeat builds with procurement, staffing, tooling, and docs.
• Coordinate production scheduling, risk, and vendor partnerships.
• Provide sustainment support and field issue resolution across hardware fleet.
