Job summary

Zeitview is seeking a Hardware Production Program Manager to own end-to-end production planning, qualification, and lifecycle for aerial sensors and drone payloads. This role bridges hardware design with flawless execution, driving schedules, procurement, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced robotics environment.

You will lead NPI and repeat builds, coordinate with Operations, manage BOMs, and develop staffing while engaging external vendors when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, hardware programs or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own NPI and repeat build timelines with procurement and staffing.
• Balance hardware demand with operations and fleet movements.
• Manage procurement pipelines and BOMs with vendors.
• Lead staffing and external vendors for production.
• Maintain single source of truth for build status and risk.
• Bridge engineering and operations to accelerate debugging.
• Coordinate field troubleshooting and root-cause resolutions.
• Implement process improvements for part tracking and issue management.
• Track system performance and reduce field costs.
• Mitigate blockers with agile engineering solutions.
