Job summary

ElectriCom, a utility construction company, is seeking an Aerial Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecommunications and utility projects. This on-site role combines leadership with hands-on tasks, including equipment operation, trenching, installation, and site preparation, outdoors in all weather.

• Experience as a Foreman in telecom, utility, or construction.
• 3–5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong safety practices and job-site awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• CDL is required; leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5 person crew on aerial and underground fiber projects.
• Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety procedures.
• Plan and schedule daily work to meet production goals.
• Perform hands-on tasks alongside the crew.
• Conduct job-site and equipment inspections.
• Communicate project expectations and progress with management and customers.
• Support a team-oriented environment and crew development.
• Work outdoors in all weather; travel to job sites; overtime may be required.
