Job Opportunity: Aerial Foreman in Fort Worth, TX

What you'll do:

• Perform and direct crew members in duties as required within the scope of work
• Assemble required antenna and line materials
• Use tools and rigging hardware for installation tasks
• Climb poles/towers for antenna and line system installation
• Fit connectors and attach coax for system sealing and joints
• Mount antenna support systems
• Perform routine tasks such as setting ice bridge posts, concrete placement, and site cleanup
• Operate winch or cat head
• Lift, carry, and hold building materials, tools, and supplies
• Clean tools, equipment, and work areas
• Read and understand owner manuals
• Maintain safe working habits according to regulations and policies

Who we are looking for:

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Experience in Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance
• Knowledge of installation and testing of technologies like LTE, CDMA, UMTS; certifications like Anritzu/PIMM are a plus
• Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely
• Ability to follow instructions, produce quality work, and adhere to safety regulations
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work overtime, after hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
