Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass drug, background, DOT & MVR screenings.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate bucket truck and related equipment for aerial fiber construction.
• Set up job site (strand trailer, fiber trailer, caddies).
• Read and interpret network prints.
• Frame poles according to specs.
• Lash/over-lash fiber cable bundles.
• Climb poles using gaffs or ladders.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and communicate with crew leader.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
