Job summary

Deans Services in Augusta, ME is seeking a dedicated lawn care technician to operate aeration equipment and apply lawn care products as part of a crew. You will work with ride-on and push-behind aerators, ensuring precise product application and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate treatment records, assisting customers, and promptly responding to office requests while safely handling vehicles and equipment.

• Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.

Wage Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Must Haves:

• Possess a valid driver's licenseand have a history of safe driving
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
• Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others
