Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced Adobe RTCDP Developer to design and implement customer data solutions within Adobe Experience Platform. You will create unified customer profiles, real-time activation, and audience segmentation across marketing channels.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions, ensure data quality, governance, and compliance, and optimize platform performance across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in MarTech, Data Engineering, or Tech Architecture.
• 5+ years with Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong CDP, data architecture, identity resolution, and audience management.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and big data tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using AEP and RTCDP.
• Configure XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and real-time profiles.
• Build data ingestion and integration pipelines.
• Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
