Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced AEO/SEO Manager to drive search and AI visibility for Universal Television Entertainment’s marketing portfolio. The role blends content, product, and technical SEO to maximize discoverability of NBCUniversal IP across search engines and AI platforms.

The candidate will own strategy, metrics, and scalable optimization systems, collaborating with editorial, product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to translate enhancements into measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, Technical SEO, AEO, or related field.
• Deep expertise in SEO and AI visibility strategies.
• Experience with search analytics tools to drive insights.
• Experience maintaining AI/search visibility platforms.
• Understanding of editorial workflows and content marketing ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute AEO/SEO strategy to maximize NBCUniversal IP visibility across search and AI platforms.
• Define, track, and drive key performance metrics including AI mentions and engagement.
• Build and improve scalable optimization systems with structured data and automation workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate technical improvements into measurable marketing impact.
• Inform and implement technical SEO improvements for better discoverability and LLM ingestion.
• Establish measurement systems and testing frameworks to quantify impact.
• Drive accountability to ensure execution of recommendations across teams.
