Job summary

SolComms, an award-winning integrated communications agency, seeks an AEO / Analytics Specialist to help clients earn visibility across AI-driven search landscapes, from ChatGPT to AI Overviews.

You will develop AEO/GEO strategies, measure performance, and translate analytics into actionable client recommendations, collaborating with account and creative teams in a hybrid New York office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital PR, content strategy, or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI-search evolution and how to measure it.
• Experience using SEO/analytics platforms to inform client strategy.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead AEO and GEO strategies for AI answer engines.
• Translate SEO fundamentals to AI-search context for clients and internal teams.
• Track ranking and citation signals in AI search space.
• Structure earned media and content to be citation-ready for LLMs.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand AEO/GEO scope within client relationships.
