Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior AEM/Frontend/Java Spring Boot SME to join our Marketing Technology team in New York. The role requires deep AEM expertise (AEM 6.5 and Cloud Service), strong Java/Spring Boot backend skills, and solid React/TypeScript frontend capabilities.

You will design, deliver, and modernize digital marketing platforms. We expect 7–15 years of software engineering experience, with strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, Docker familiarity, and proficiency in REST

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization is strongly preferred.
• Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Preferred Qualifications: AEM migration to Cloud Service; Exposure to AI/ML concepts; Python; microservices; AI/LLM etc.

Responsibilities

Job Description :

Overview We are seeking a Senior AEM / Frontend / Java Spring Boot SME to join our Marketing Technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM, strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, and solid frontend capability in React/TypeScript. This role will support the design, delivery, and modernization of digital marketing platforms.

7–15 years of experience in software engineering.

Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.

Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization is strongly preferred.
