Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation seeks a senior software engineer to design, develop, and modernize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including 6.5 and Cloud Service. You will lead migration efforts, build Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs, and deliver frontend work with React and TypeScript.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring performance, security, and production readiness across databases, APIs, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modelling.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerised deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by marketing technology platforms.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications.
• Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision‑making.
• Support AI-enabled product initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and integration with external AI services.

ROLE_DESCRIPTION
