Job summary

Fourth Yuga Tech LLC is seeking a senior Java fullstack professional in the United States to own technical delivery for AEM and React.js support across multiple applications. You will ensure SLA/KPI adherence, manage incidents, and lead RCA-driven improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in data science and Java fullstack, deep microservices experience, and strong expertise in Oracle/MySQL, Hibernate, Kafka, and CI/CD. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in data science and Java full-stack development.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture and application support.
  • Proven ability to lead technical delivery, incident escalation, and RCA-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical delivery of AEM and React.js support engagements, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
  • Lead incident escalation, major incident response, and problem management with RCA quality.
  • Review and approve fixes, enhancements, and changes; chair Change Advisory Board meetings.
  • Define and enforce support standards for coding, release, runbooks, and knowledge management.
  • Plan and oversee AEMaaCS updates, upgrades, security patches, and dependency hygiene.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, performance optimization, security, and debt reduction.
  • Manage knowledge transition and onboarding for new applications into support, with documentation.
  • Mentor L2/L3 engineers, manage shift and on-call coverage, and report service metrics to stakeholders.

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 8 years of experience in data science and Java fullstack development, including significant expertise in microservices architecture and application support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own technical delivery of AEM and React.js support engagements, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence, backlog health, and service quality across multiple applications.
  2. Lead incident escalation, major incident response, and problem management, governing RCA quality and driving recurring-issue elimination for platform stabilization.
  3. Review and approve fixes, enhancements, and changes; chair or represent the team at Change Advisory Board meetings.
  4. Define and enforce support standards for coding, release, runbooks, and knowledge management.
  5. Plan and oversee AEMaaCS updates, upgrades, security patches, and dependency hygiene.
  6. Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, performance optimization, security, and technical debt reduction.
  7. Manage knowledge transition and onboarding for new applications into support, ensuring smooth integration and documentation.
  8. Mentor L2/L3 engineers, manage shift and on-call coverage, and report service metrics to stakeholders while coordinating with architecture, DevOps, security, QA, Adobe Support, and business teams.
Required Skills:
  1. Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  2. Strong expertise in React.js
  3. Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
  4. Deep understanding of Hibernate for ORM
  5. Proficient in Oracle RDBMS and MySQL
  6. Experience with Kafka for messaging and event streaming
  7. Skilled in CI/CD pipeline setup and management
  8. Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
  9. RESTful API design and enterprise integration troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  2. Knowledge of Adobe Cloud Manager and release management
  3. Exposure to headless or hybrid AEM and Content Fragment architecture
  4. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Target, or Experience Platform
  5. ITIL service management certification and practical experience
  6. Web performance optimization, security, CDN, and caching strategies
  7. Experience with AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3 for frontend integration
