Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced AEM lead to deliver web content management solutions across large client engagements in California. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, guiding design and implementation of AEM sites, assets, and integrations with analytics and campaigns.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, mentor colleagues, and help shape governance and workflows for multi-channel digital projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze content management activities and guide design, implementation, or improvement of AEM applications.
• Offer functional recommendations during AEM solution design to reflect business intent.
• Bridge between business teams and technical resources during development and implementation.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices for global digital strategy and governance.
• Maintain understanding of Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, and security layers; outline pros/cons of AEM solutions.
