Job summary
Accenture Song seeks an experienced AEM specialist to lead full lifecycle digital platform implementations for enterprise web content management. You will plan, design, and execute AEM solutions, partner with business sponsors, and guide teams across content governance, migration, and modern delivery patterns from Ohio.

Qualifications
- 5+ years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations.
- 3+ years delivering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other WCM platforms, including governance and publishing processes.
- 2+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst translating requirements into user stories.
- 3+ years working with AEM Sites and Assets including migration, taxonomy and metadata strategy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and analyze content management activities for AEM delivery.
- Own and prioritize backlogs; drive feature prioritization to align with business goals.
- Lead content migration strategy including inventory, taxonomy, governance, and migration planning.
- Provide insights on AEM best practices, platform governance, and multi-site delivery.
- Bridge business and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and dependencies.
