Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior AEM/content management lead to plan and execute large-scale web content management initiatives. You will own backlogs, align features with business objectives, and guide migration and governance strategies across Sites/Assets, including modern headless delivery approaches.

The role requires deep experience with Adobe Experience Manager, strong Agile practices, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable design and implementation plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations.
  • Minimum 3 years Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other WCM platforms, including governance and publishing processes.
  • 2+ years as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst translating business requirements into user stories and backlog management.
  • 3+ years working with Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Assets, metadata strategy, governance, integrations, and modern delivery approaches such as headless CMS/EDS.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design/implementation or improvement of AEM applications.
  • Own and prioritize product backlogs and drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead content migration strategy including inventory, rationalization, metadata mapping, governance, and migration planning.
  • Provide guidance on AEM best practices and structure the client team for optimal decision making across digital strategy.
  • Bridge between business teams and technical resources to ensure clear requirements and dependencies.
  • Oversee integrations with Adobe tools and Third Party applications and ensure documentation deliverables.
