JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the Asset & Wealth Management division.

You will guide an agile team to enhance and deliver market-leading tech products in a secure, scalable manner, applying deep technical expertise across multiple technologies and regions. You will drive AI-assisted coding practices, architect scalable backend systems, and collaborate with architects, designers, and wealth management partners to deliver end-to-end solutions in a globally

Formación

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience leading use of enterprise AI-assisted development tools and setting validation standards.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI usage in engineering workflows and security.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, multi-threading, distributed apps.
• 8+ years' Java development experience with Core Java and Spring ecosystems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Relational database development and SQL modeling skills.
• Experience building scalable microservices on AWS.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Promotes Agile practices including Scrum and Continuous Delivery.
• Researches new technologies and shares best practices across the org.
• Coordinates with globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Engages Wealth Managers and Product Specialists for feedback and alignment.
• Presents and demos solutions to users, stakeholders, and tech groups.
