Qualifications

• 36 mos. combined work experience in developing/modifying programs, testing & analyzing/design incl. 12 mos. in primary tech.
• Associate core program in CS/IS with 18 mos. experience in dev/test/analysis incl. 12 mos. primary tech.
• Undergraduate core program in CS/IS with 12 mos. combined dev/test/analysis incl. 12 mos. primary tech.
• Equivalent minimum qualifications; primary technology listed in the position description.

Responsibilities

• Software development & modification.
• Read/write/extract/generate reports from complex data files.
• Testing & quality assurance; create unit/system test cases and data.
• Debug and revise programs to resolve defects.
• Assist in gathering requirements and design of technical solutions.
• Support test planning, defect tracking, and UAT.
• Create/update technical docs and training materials.
• Document development lifecycle per BWC standards.
• Participate in cross-team technical discussions and summaries.
• Provide summaries to support development tasks and project communication.
• Assist post-production support and ongoing enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies via training/learning.
