Job summary

TEKsystems is assembling a team of AEM Developers to migrate websites onto our CMS. This contract runs through May 2027 and is fully remote.

The team will include AEM FE, AEM Backend, and an AEM Senior Full Stack Developer to deliver scalable web solutions. Responsibilities include translating business goals into technical requirements, reviewing code, collaborating with adjacent teams, and building AEM components and templates.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into technical requirements and drive implementation of web projects.
• Work with adjacent teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
• Develop frontend code in a timely, high-quality manner following site standards.
• Build AEM authoring components and templates.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web solutions that meet business needs.
• Utilize AEM to layout pages, troubleshoot issues, and train authors.
• Assign tasks and coordinate with offshore resources.
• Partner with Visual Design and UX teams to develop engaging designs.
• Use reusable templates and centralized libraries; leverage global CSS and JQuery/JS.
• Own and drive specific website functionality areas (e.g., search, videos, performance).
• Triage issues, prioritize enhancements, and develop features for areas of responsibility.

Client is building a team of AEM Developers to migrate AEM websites from a recently acquired company onto their CMS platform. This project runs through May 2027 and will require the following team members:

3x AEM FE developer

2x AEM Backend Developer

1x AEM Senior Full stack Developer

• Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with adjacent development teams to implement integrated technical solutions.
• Develop front-end code in a timely and high-quality manner while leveraging site standards including site structure, page templates, navigation and the site information architecture.
• Build AEM authoring components and templates
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web solutions that meet business needs.
• Utilize AEM to layout pages, troubleshoot issues, and train authors of the system.
• Assign tasks and coordinate with offshore resources.
• Partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective/engaging designs.
• Utilize reusable templates and common HTML elements while leveraging centralized JQuery/JavaScript libraries and global CSS.
• Use a shared standards library to be used by all web teams.
• Help with day-to-day operational tasks and assist in ensuring the quality of our website.
• Own and drive specific area(s) of website functionality such as search, videos, web site performance - including but not limited to:
  • Triage issues in those areas
  • Prioritize enhancement stories
  • Develop features for those areas of responsibility

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
