Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for the HAA program to provide critical medical air transport services. The role offers substantial total pay potential and a pilot incentive package designed to support safety and mission objectives.

The candidate will operate within Air Evac Lifeteam’s network, ensuring aircraft readiness, maintaining aviation paperwork, and collaborating with dispatch and medical teams to transport patients safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.
• 230 lb Weight Limit (including flight gear).

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with medical teams to destinations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and FARs.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
