Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport. The role involves flying with a medical team, ensuring aircraft readiness, and maintaining regulatory documentation.

The position offers a strong compensation package, sign-on bonus, and housing benefits as part of Air Evac Lifeteam’s services. The job requires a rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and valid medical certificate, with extensive flight hours and turbine experience

Qualificações

• Valid rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating and FAA medical certification are required.
• Minimum flight hour totals and rotorcraft-specific hours apply.
• Weight limit and night-flying experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per manuals and FAR/AEL requirements.
• Maintain regulatory documents and records accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Record change board details and complete shift handoffs.

Salary range $106,511 - $117,162 including 20% Geo Modifier

$15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility

Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteamrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAEL and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Preferred Qualifications

• B206 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
