Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in Oklahoma hires a Helicopter Pilot to deliver medical air transportation for HAA/HEMS missions. You will coordinate with flight crews, dispatch, and facilities to ensure safe, on-time patient transport and compliance with FARs and company procedures.

This full-time role offers a substantial pay range, a potential $100,000 bonus, and housing support while serving a mission-driven team focused on saving lives across our network.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and FAA Class II medical certificate.
• Total flight hours: 2,000; 1,500 helicopter hours; 1,000 helicopter PIC hours; 500 turbine helicopter hours; 100 night flight hours.
• Weight limit 230 lb including gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with medical teams in HAA/HEMS missions.
• Maintain aircraft readiness, comply with FARs and company procedures.
• Keep accurate regulatory documentation and records.

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to Air Evac Lifeteam’s customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAir Evac Lifeteam and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements
