Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services. This full-time role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compliance with FARs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Minimum: 2,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum: 1,500 helicopter hours.
• Minimum: 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• Minimum: 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• Minimum: 200 helicopter night flight hours.
• Weight limit 230 lb including flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements.
• Maintain accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following change-board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteam requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
