Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience in DoD/DoN or industry.
- US citizenship and active secret clearance (or higher) required.
- Experience with AEGIS Combat Systems and radar/physics knowledge.
- Strong background in systems engineering, test planning, and performance analysis.
- Willingness to travel to test and operational sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide systems engineering support for developing new AEGIS/ABMD baselines.
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain MATLAB-based tools for data processing.
- Support certification, flight tests, and configuration control boards.
- Assist with operational readiness reporting and baseline certification.
