Job summary

Welty Energy & Infrastructure (WE&I) seeks a skilled recruiter to lead full recruitment cycles for roles across our energy and infrastructure projects in the Akron area. You will source top talent, conduct in-depth interviews, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for our teams.

You will leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop long-term talent pipelines, while promoting an inclusive candidate experience and strong employer

Qualifications

3–5+ years of recruitment experience required.
Proven track record in energy, engineering, or AEC industries.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and cultural-fit evaluation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess skills and fit.
Source passive candidates through networking and advanced search tools.
Manage candidate data and ATS processes; provide updates to hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and guide the process.
Build diverse candidate pools and nurture long-term relationships.
